Most, if not all place I have been, there is always complaints and worst, negativity. I remembered several years ago as a part time sales consultant. The visiting manager said to me: “I have never seen you upset, you are always smiling.” I said: “I might smile on the outside but there is a lot going on inside.” The room paused and the silence was broken by a fellow co-worker who said: “Wow, that was so deep…”
