I Smile On The Outside But Don’t Get Me Wrong

Most, if not all place I have been, there is always complaints and worst, negativity. I remembered several years ago as a part time sales consultant. The visiting manager said to me: “I have never seen you upset, you are always smiling.” I said: “I might smile on the outside but there is a lot going on inside.” The room paused and the silence was broken by a fellow co-worker who said: “Wow, that was so deep…”

Just because I laugh a lot, doesn’t mean my life is easy.
Just because I have a smile on my face every day, doesn’t mean
that something is not bothering me. I just choose to move on,
and not dwell on all the negatives in my life. Every new
moment gives me the chance to renew anew. I choose to be
that.– Author Unknown
